Strength & Conditioning – Bootcamp

Our Strength & Conditioning bootcamp class tests your endurance and will to push you  beyond your  physical  limits. This style of training has been incorporated in training UFC mix martial artists alongside any type of  endurance athlete e.g triathletes and dragon boat  competitors to name a few.

You don’t have to be an athlete to share the benefits of this type of training. We have carefully constructed a workout that burns a high number of calories while improving your metabolism which results in having a shredded athletic physique.
